Ok, they do exist as hybrids but aren't on the official sheet. These are not the 5 best hybrids, just the ones whose names fit best into the structure of the 40 PAS rudiments... or now 45 rudiments?

I've encountered the double flammed mill before, believe it or not. If I remember correctly, it's just two more single strokes at the end of the single flammed mill. You may want to double-check with a traditional Swiss drummer.
I'm 90% sure. But if that's not it, then it's an extra flam tap in the middle of the single flammed mill so that it doesn't alternate (flam tap - flam tap - single - single)
The various Swiss mills are just the paradiddle rudiments in reverse and flammed mills add the flams to the diddles rather than the first single.

Well, you only have odd numbered rudiments to prevent rudiments to constantly change hands in a way that would make them harder to learn. For example, the 6 stroke roll, which ends on a different hand than the one you start it. ( R [LLRR] L )

Man, I just cannot follow what someone is doing unless it is really, really slow. I can't tell how many times you hit the drums at all even when you were doing it slowly. Maybe it will come with time? I've been learning (or trying to, at least) for about 5 or 6 months now.
