I was hoping not to use this method. However, the two other recommendations posted below did not work for me. Good thing this one worked! You just got to deal with setting up everything again. From pairing your remote, setting Google accounts, to reinstalling apps. It's a pain in the *$$. Oh, did I mention that you will have to rescan your TC channels as well? Nevertheless. Google assistant is now working fine again. Thanks for the help man!

But how and where the mic is and works no info! I sendt a big message to tlc saying that my tv dont hear me. And got the answer have you turned on the mic in the back on the tv? Does this tut say this ore any othere setup say this`? no Fed up. And where the heck is the manual.. The tv can find it there. On this tlc website cant find it there!
