How to freeze water instantly

How to do it: take any kind of purified water in a plastic bottle and lay it sideways in the freezer for 2 hours and 45 minutes, you do not want to touch the bottle once you put it in the freezer. When the time is up you can hit it on a surface and freeze it instantly. :)
