Thanks so much. I have just learned about logarithms, thus, in my previous video, I saw someone briefly use the letter e at the bottom of the natural log, but I didn't know what it meant. Thanks for explaining that it meant exponentiating!

what if ln(x-4) is ln(4-x). does that change anything?
