This helped a lot! My algebra teacher wasn't in class yesturday and just gave us this work to figure out by reading a textbook and we had no way to ask any questions. We have a quiz on this stuff today. Wish me luck

why not f-1(y) = 10^x+2? since its the inverse would it not go from f(x) -> f-1(y)?
example: f(x) = 2^x assuming x, y elements of f-1 that is f-1(y) = x. then y = 2^x -> log2y = x so inverse would be f-1(y) = x = log2y right?
