I love abuela’s face every time something wrong was said.

I lost it at, "no cursing in front of Jesus" and the camera pan to the picture.

The passive aggressive attitude Abuela has, makes it all the more accurate 😂❤️

Novia: I'm not Catholic, I'm non-denominational Christian.

Abuela: *stares uncomprehendingly into the abyss*

I don’t understand how Lele Pons is famous and you’re not. You make great quality content that is actually funny. You need to be recognized!!!

This was so well acted and the dialogue was so funny! I'd love to cook some PR dishes with la Abuela :)

I've been given that "abuela look" a few times when my wife was my girlfriend. The day I exposed my tattoos wearing my cutoffs at abuelas house....my lady, her cousins, and her tias all went silent where you can hear a pin drop. All of them stared at me with a "OMG no you didn't!" look then they looked at abuela. After the uncomfortable silence and her serving me enough food to feed a village, everything was fine when abulea said: "I haven't seen my granddaughter this happy before in her life. If "this" is who she chooses, then ok."
Praise Jesus lol!

Bahahaha. "Ella tiene amor en su corazon." I died. The face you made when she said "Oh no, I'm not Catholic. I'm Non-Denominational Christian." I've seen that face so many times in my life! This made me miss my grandmother but made me remember lots of funny things she said and did.

Yenny, you play the role of Abuela too well. I can't tell that you're acting the majority of the time 😂 I forget you are a young lady. You even nailed the posture!

It is so true that a lot of PR parents don't teach their kids Spanish, or at least second or third gens. I'm definitely going to teach my kids Spanish simply because my culture is such a big part of who I am. Great Video keep up the great work.

As a Puerto Rican woman who doesn't speak Spanish (but tried to learn) that part is so true. Hahaha.

My mother chose to never teach me because of the discrimination they faced for speaking Spanish when they moved to New York. She didn't want that to happen to us so we never learned. She had to learn English from the ground up when she entered kindergarten. There's different reasons but I wonder if it's the involvement of the USA that changes the perspective of the language for Puerto Ricans who moved to the mainland. Regardless, I really wished I had learned Spanish properly.
