I have heard a few stories about the extreme bravery that these AMERICANS showed in WW II. They were legendary. God Bless them, and I am grateful for their service and sacrifice!

There are cowboy and Indian clubs in Germany. The Indian "villages" are more authentic than seen here in the United States.

I am Lakota veteran from Vietnam war. Yeah, it was a war. Nuff said. My family fought in both world wars, and they were soldiers. This stuff presented here is complete nonsense.

Including the Crow who during his actions would pass all 4 tests to become the last Warchief of the tribe.

There's certainly was more than 350, 000 Native Americans left during world war II, the discrepancies come about because if the United States doesn't recognize certain tribes, they are not considered as Native Americans. To this day a lot of tribes go unrecognized

The native Americans sent aid to Ireland when the British conducted their holocaust on us through deliberate famine. One oppressed nation of warriors helping another oppressed nation of warriors. Thank you.

All respect to all Veterans. Bit they were not defending their country. They were helping to liberate other countries. Small but significant difference.

Throughout WW1, the Germans were most afraid of the Canadians. Among them, Ojibwe man, Francis Pegamegabow, was the deadliest known sniper of the whole war.

Theres a difference in a Warrior and a soldier.
Soldiers are trained too fight, while warriors are born and bred to fight.

Did you ever hear about Karel May? All this part of Europe (Czech, German, Prussian. German Czechs and others abroad and where was German culture like Austria, Bohemia was obssesed with the Native Americans. We knew them even on personal level and despite in some cases we had a conflict, we have solved it and became friendly. We have mourned dead Native Americans.
Czechs felt particulary close to the Native Americans from South to North, some visited Prague and Czechs wrote books like on The graves of our brothers, also it was personal meetings.
We knew each other and in compare to some people, we knew they are one monolithic nation, no, we back from Ruhr trought Bavaria, Bohemia and Austria knew many nations, we knew at least some Basic informations. It was back then big part of our culture and still it has big influence. Of course numbers of offsprings of the Native Americans and the nations of Germany and Austria are now much higher. Look at the Families of Alberto Vojtech Frič.
