Remember when the case was first being heard he asked the judge if he could still have his licence so he could continue go to collage in the meantime, so he did not care one ounce that he deleted two lives forever.
The Judge said "I can't imagine what you could possibly say to convince me to allow him to drive".

This is the main reason why Andrew Warren shouldn't be a Prosecutor! He is better off being a public defender, or a private criminal defense attorney.

Herrin was not harshly sentenced, he got what he deserved, Warren is not fighting for Jessica and Lilia, he is more concerned about a privileged kids sentence, than justice for the victims.

I thought he got a pretty light sentence. You should get 30 years minimum for killing a person in that fashion. Should’ve gotten 60 years. And with parole he would probably get out after 30 years.

Giving him hope for the future? There is absolutely zero hope for any future for his victims. Why does he deserve hope? Vehicular homicide is no joke. He was a repeat offender. He got off light if you ask me. Chances are eventually he will do this again. Keep him locked up.
