I'd like to add some things from my perspective

From my own understanding, Jedi philosophy wasn't originally about suppresing your feelings, but about not letting them control you, but its interpretation was slowly twisted. By the time of the prequels, "Acheve the balance in yourself" morphed into "Sacrifice your Self for the balance". The Jedi Order in the prequels basically became an extreme opposite to the Sith, and that's the reason why it ultimately failed. Things you are suggesting to take from Sith philosophy is what Jedi could have, and I think, were supposed to be.
About the charity thing, where I'm from there is a saying "Give a man a fish, and it'll feed him for a day. Give a man a fishing rod, and he will never be hungry again". We definitely have to thin about how we help others, but Sith disregard it entirely.
Overall, I think It's a great video, that still misses the point a little.

I think Kreia's philosophy can br summed up in a quote; "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink."

We often see this in society with people who are addicted to something, usually drugs or alcohol. If they want help, they have to pursue it and make the effort. We can't force them to get better, as often they will deny help or take our help for granted and continue back down the same path.

When it comes to killing loved ones, especially in Malgus time it's more about a lever existing that can be used to control you. Yes he was also worried about his enemies using her against him and his attachment but a lot of it has to do with his fellow sith knowing they could control him through her.

It seems the Sith have traits of both r-selected and K-selected strategies.

**Sith**
*K-selected*
Very exclusive.
Pursue power through quality.
Believe giving to others diminishes them.
Prize aggression & competition.
Work hard to achieve goals.
Fight fairly, albeit more out of pride than standards.
Prize social authoritarianism and economic freedom (Right-wing), although this is mainly due to George Lucas' Left views, which is why the Separatists are mainly capitalists and the Galactic Empire's similarity to the Nazis mainly focuses on the social authoritarianism (Nazism in real life was actually syncretic).

*r-selected*
No loyalty.
Quick-&-easy.
Low maximum bar.
More open to creativity.
Go for goals over standards.
Have long-term unsustainability.
Highly valuerize passion over stoicism.
Tend to flip out when defeated.

Fighting your own battles, i agree with kreia either way you look at it however all power has a price even if its for the greater good, i learned that through my practice of spiritualism

I'm probably gonna skip this one cause I believe I already know what the sith philosophy is truly about, it's simply about bettering yourself, going to the deep end so that you come out stronger, so self improvement, in the real world we all could learn a lot from sith philosophy, it preaches a never ending struggle to be better, because we can always be better, and it explains that the strong should control the weak by virtue of them being the strongest, it preaches that you should not hold yourself to the expectations of others, the only person you should listen to is yourself and all others are unreliable, and thus you should only depend on yourself

You are powerful, and you must reach out and take what is rightfully yours

That is the siths message

(nevermind I'm watching it and I'm gonna write a bunch more)

I think what the sith don't seem to understand is that the dark side is completely seperate from the light, the dark side does get weaker when it's spread to many people because that means nobody there can reach their full potential, and the dark side feeds off of negative emotions such as greed and the desire to dominate, so it naturally rewards whoever seeks their own growth the most, which wouldn't be someone who's teaching so many others (which explains the rule of 2)

The dark side is quicker, but so much more destructive, which mirrors the real world and some peoples endless persuit of self improvement, it's best to ask yourself if it's really worth it

The sith feel to much
The Jedi fear feelings
But In the franchise there’s proof of positive emotions being able to encourage and make Jedi stronger by recognizing their weakness instead of hiding them.

Video idea. You should make a video explain all the special powers the light and dark side have and been discovered aswell as by who.

The tragic thing about the Sith is that their philosophy wouldn't be nearly as bad if The Force didn't exist. The mere fact that using the Dark Side corrupts the mind is what ultimately holds the Sith back. Every day they're just plague'd with whispers of "but power, tho" even if they don't need an absurd amount of power to do what they want.

Ya can't even be a Sith who only uses the Light Side.
For one, the Light Side is strengthened by letting go of your sense of self, which is in direct contrast to being individualistic.
On top of that, ANY negative emotions and selfish desires will become a pitfall you need to avoid, effectively forcing you to become a Jedi that isn't recognized by the Order.

It's why I REALLY wish I could sit diwn and talk with Lucas about philosophy, because the world of Star Wars sounds like a pseudo hell for anyone who values individualism.
Meanwhile, Collectivist philosophy is what birthed both the Fascists and Communists; two groups that any sane and rational human would recognize as evil.
But under the Force, the only way a Force User can live without being transformed into an evil version of themself is via sacrificing their sense of individuality.

No man can live as an island, but to demand that a man live as an interchangeable cog in a machine is equally as absurd.

So, the Sith think strength can only be achieved when in an adrenaline rush?

The video is called "SITH PHILOSOPHY is NOT what you think"

Also in the video: a retelling of the Sith and Jedi code and the rest about them, that is, what a lot of people have already done on YouTube and what is written on Wikipedia
