Doctors who sell supplements must be scrutinized by the buyer. It is understandable sellers want to earn some money but it can definitely be a conflict of interest. The best thing about this channel is the doctor is adamant about truth and evidence in medicine. Kudos!

Great video. I have been working out and trying different supplements for about 15 years before realising the hard truth that almost all of them do not make any difference and were a waste of money😂
When it comes to exercise I found that diet and good rest make up for a vast majority of effects.
I stick to protein and occasional creatine and caffeine pre-workout, they are cheap, safe and proven to make a difference.

I take a lot of supplements so I subscribe to Consumer Lab because they test and report on potency, contaminants, efficacy, etc.
