I'm 44 and 9 days into OMAD btw. Feeling better, lost maybe 2-3 kg. Didn't record it but it's visually obvious already. Had a decent belly, not obese. Probably another 6 weeks required to be shredded, get rid of love handles etc. 3 coffees a day and maybe a carrot or apple snack gets me through. Sometimes I will have a spoonful of 100% peanut butter with no additives. Appreciate the inspiration

Also been on OMAD for 5 years now. Made some changes over this time. Technically I'm on 2MAD but the meals are back-to-back. I allow a 2-hour feeding window now. Usually eat as much as I comfortably can for 30-40 minutes, take a break for 30-60 mins and then resume the second part of my meal for 30-40 mins. This still allows a long 22 hour fast, but I can more easily consume enough calories to maintain/build muscle. The 60-minute window on traditional OMAD just made me feel like I constantly had to force feed myself.

The real question is should humans be lean enough to see their abdominal? No. It’s not easy to get lean because we’re not supposed to be lean.

Yeah i am good on that . I will enjoy some tacos and pizza . I am in good shape dont have some bruised ego or short man syndrome where i have to compensate
