1. Get a purified bottle of water
2. Pour out a little so it doesn’t explode later on
3. Put in fridge for 3 hrs
4. Take it out
5. Put it in freezer for 2 hrs
6. Take out
7. Do whatever u want with it

This does look a lot like sodium acetate. If it was a simple water bottle at such low temperature, there would be lots water droplets (from water vapor in the air) condensating all around the bottle. Not only that, supercool water is very unstable, you would barely be able to bring it from the freezer to the car without deflagrating the solidifying cascade

this actually happened to me like 20 minutes ago, i cut the bottle (i like eating ice) it was the weirdest ice ive ever eaten- it was like gummy almost and hard at the same time

The outside temperature is -10° C, guessing it went into the car, like how hot the interior of a car gets when left off in a tropical country, but this is the opposite.

This is a real thing that you can do at home, but this is obviously cgi. You can actually do this by freezing a bottle of water for about an hour and a half.
