DIY Puff Sleeve Dress + Sewing Pattern

Here are the materials you'll need:
- 1 5/8 yds. knit fabric that holds its shape
- 2 yds of 1/4" wide elastic
- Machine needle for sewing stretch knit fabric
- Matching thread, pins, scissors
