Thank you. I watched about 5 videos before yours, and all them pointed vaguely in the right direction. But your description of how to bleed the air off through the valves on the exit of the pump was my perfect solution. Strange that this simple procedure is absent from the included manual.
Thanks again man 👍

Even though I fill through the filter housing, I still manage to get an air lock EVERY time. This time, it would not give! I even tried releasing the air at the pumps and I got water so the air lock was not where I expected it to be. I know it was not the recommended option, but I gently used my plunger to pull the air out through the filter housing and voila! Air Lock resolved!

Great video, thanks. I am able to turn the jets on for my hottub. Everything seems to work fine with the jets on high. However, when I shut the jets off, the filter tries to turn on (low jets) for 5-15 seconds, but then it shuts off. I have tried dozens of times.

I have a Hot Springs tub. I like to do a though cleaning and at the end of every cleaning I suck the old water with a vacuum from the jets themselves within the tub. Since using this method during cleans my hot tub struggles to engage clean cycle or jet cycle after refiling, but usually after a few seconds starts working. This recent cleaning I'm having even more issues. Clean cycle won't work and jets work. This morning trying it again, I got the clean cycle to run but once I turned it off and tried again it wouldn't work and neither would the jets. I'm also noticing after my cleaning that the waterfall is not pushing out water. Any help would be appreciated, thank you very much.

I have a BullFrog hot tub. I have air bubbles coming out a few jets. When I turn them off the bubbles come out of a different jet. I think I have air in my lines? Pump? I have lost jet pressure. Physically I can't get to the pump and try to bleed the air out. I have tried everything that I can and I maintain my hot tub well. My technical service person said that this is normal but I'm worried that air is running through the pump and it's going to burn out??? I have even had air bubbles coming out of my filters and I spray them every week

Hi I had a small leak in the hot tub (now fixed) plus my water line got below the top jets so I think I have an airlock but water is coming out of jets pressue is just not as powerful as it was before (circ pump jets only) does this sound like an air lock to you? :)

Help! I bought 2 of the same spas and 1 has really strong jets the other one not so strong. I tried to drain air lock from pumps, but it didn’t help completely. I am frustrated and the spa company isn’t helping me!!

I have a Jacuzzi, I'm getting FL1 code after I empty and refilled there is not hot water coming from the place where hot water comes from. Jets are working fine and I opened a few places in the pipe to get water out including the flow switch location. I've removed the filter and run without the filter too. Still getting FL1 and no hot water. Any tips?
