How to install windows server 2019

1. USB pen drive is format in NTFS file.
2. Copy windows 2019 ISO file in USB flash drive/pen drive
3. Insert in normal USB port of server
4. power on server
5. Go to Intelligent Provisioning to F10 button
6. Go to Intelligent Provisioning
7. Select Intelligent Provisioning
8. Skip to arrow key
9. Express OS install
10. Select source path is USB Drive
11. Select ISO file of windows 2019 in your drive
12. Next
13. Select Time Zone
14. Next
15. Launch Now (check all rights)
16. Accept and Next
17. Enter Administrator Login password
18. Login to Administrator with your password
19 Welcome to Windows 2019

I have 2 dl360 and 1 380 the sad thing is that you can not install the remote program Or can i stil run them ? and the new one does not work on this old servers
