I have an HPE DL60 G9. Getting the firmware updated is incredibly difficult. I can't use HPE services since it is a deprecate4dmachinee. Finding a USB key, it will accept, and, in a format, it can understand is difficult. I can only put server 2016 on it as 2019 is incompatible. I tried RHEL develop er edition but found getting samba configured to be impossible. HPE servers feel semi-proprietary and its very frustratinb.

Hi ComputerSupport,
I've setup Remote Desktop Services on HPE Proliant ML350 Gen10 Windows Server 2022.

After server restarted, when logged in as admin user only mouse pointer and black screen appears. It only allows to do CTRL+ALT+DEL but only logoff function is working, task manager is not working.
I configured RDP services to enable remote desktop connections to client machines.
, I am not able to login as Admin to stop RDP services since as soon as I logged in black screen appears.
Server is now stuck and unable to do anything. Any feedback much appreciated.

Hi, may i know how you get the cd to detect the ISO?? Because I tried to install via CD HP recovery disk they keep showing no valid media

You can download or buy a disk image somewhere; the original one from the server was lost when moving (((
