Omg, I thank you sooo much for this video! After work yesterday evening it was storming so I passed the gas station and went on to the house. Get up this morning, I'm dropping the boys off to the bus stop go get gas and this happened. I almost lost my dern mind, I prayed my way home, Sat in the driveway and pulled up YT and scrolled and saw this video! This literally just happened to us ….. 2011 Ford Fusion ….. stopped at a BP because we were low on gas started to freak out. Made it to a Speedway and completely fixed our problem. Thank you for bringing awareness by posting this video because we were on the verge of freaking out!!

If you have a Ford, look up Fuel Filler Funnel in the index of your owner's manual, it will show you where your funnel is for your capless fuel system. The funnel is typically located either under the passenger seat or under/behind the right rear seat of a sedan/super cab.

If you have to re-fuel your vehicle from Jerry cans, you WILL need this device to be able to get into your gas tank. You can also use it for this same situation where the nozzle won't open the door.

Actually such a great video. Ironically I was also at a BP and was using a similarly small nozzle and it didn't work, and was panicking and I was trying to pry it open. Thank you for this.

Green nozzle is usually Diesel fuel. Not good for gasoline engines!

I went to the BP earlier after buying a 2014 Fiesta today and had the same problem with the nozzle not going in, after seeing this it made something simple explained why it should've had been complicated.
