Regarding sound trick at around 6:30 did you know hoofbeats were often added where horses were used on sand and dirt. Normally sand and dirt made very little sound when trodden on by horses, but many people aren't used to not hearing horses' hoofbeat so the sound were added.

Some sounds were added intentionally to appeal to audience even if they were not realistic.

another sound that keeps getting used over and over again is that baby noise, normally when the dad is rushing to see his baby being born, and then just before he arrives at wherever the mom is, you hear the baby give that infamous cry, and he walks slowly over to a smiling mother and her kid. Almost every movie with that baby crying sound, has that scenario👆

There's a mistake in the original cut of Titanic.

In the scene where Jack and Rose run onto deck to see the boats are gone, there's a spot in the top left corner where you can briefly see the nearby city lights where the sinking sequences were filmed.

Another thing about Titanic, they had the wrong sky for the stars of the genuine time. It was Neil DeGrasse Tyson that pointed it out and the proper sky was inserted for the remastered version.

On the goonies movie Steven Spielberg actually didn't let any of the kids see or any actors as well that were joining the scene the boat in the cave until they were doing the scene itself. They wanted their real reactions to what they thought as soon as they saw it and that was movie gold.

You will find lots of actors/actresses in most of the Chinese dramas share the same voices, because the shows are rarely voiced by their own actors and actresses for the purpose of "cost saving." The voices are added later by professional voice actors/actresses, which often times audiences find the expressions and lip movements on the screen do not align with the voices. In certain extreme cases some actors/actresses would speak random words/phrases instead of acting as if they are voicing
