We have a 69 year-old, ex KBG guy who does Judo and other martial arts, president of Russia for nearly two decades, writes books, etc. vs. a 79 year-old who can't form coherent sentences during a 10 minute press conference, wanders off stage mid-sentence, etc.

My question... who was actually speaking for the United States and after the meeting did Putin actually think that person had the authority to do jack when he sends troops into the Ukraine?
