Just started BJJ and implementing kettlebells a couple weeks ago and talk about perfect timing with finding this channel. Excellent content.

Strength training incorporated is also heavily visible in swimming community. Couple years back people thought it makes you slow, right now every top swimmer spends his time in gym doing big compound lifts. No wonder BJJ guys start shifting their training to the strength portion.
