Try selling a house with a lease attached. Most leases suck when the long term commitment is included

No, the lease is actually the best nowadays. Most of the solar companies try to bash the lease because they can't even offer lease program.

If you have a 25 year lease the system will be outdated at the end of the 25 year lease so I doubt very seriously if the lease company would spend money taking it down and repairing the roof in the same condition before the panels were installed.

don't do it just don't. u don't benefit much 30yr monthly payments vs a forever lease u lose in both

This guy is the reason why legit solar workers have issues a lease isnta bad option upgrades dont even matter as much he knows that panels last and degregation after lets say 25years your panels still operate at about 80% depending on the panels the company uses and the ITC obviously that will be spoken about during the sales presentation everyone knows you have to do cash or a loan to get the credits sounds like a scammer
