Ripple Effect at Colorado State University

The Ripple Effect is an initiative to carry out President Tony Frank's charge to make Colorado State University the best place in the world for women to work and learn. Dr. Frank announced the launch of the Ripple Effect during is 2013 Fall Address.

The Ripple Effect is based off of the belief that every idea and discussion can create a ripple or change, and collectively those ideas can change an entire organization.
