How to cut out parts within a clip on Windows Live Movie Maker

I googled the words "Crop a Video" and got this: Cropping is the removal of the outer parts of an image to improve framing.
This is exactly what I intended to do with Movie Maker - REMOVE. Your title and video are "spot on". Thanks!

Cropping means when you cut to SHRINK the image, cropping isn't splitting the video..
