Mumbai Triumph Service Centre says - Your Problems are none of our Business

We are a Mumbai based Biker couple (Kiran) and (Sachin). We have been riding since last 8 years and till date we have ridden for more than 3 lakh kms plus on our individual bikes. We have done all India ride on our individual bikes covering the stretch and breadth of our beautiful country and almost all the poles.

The issue plagues just Triumph but also the other superbikes sold in india ! The problem is the lack of skilled machanics , i have not found a competent mechanic for my kawasaki nor for ducati

Buy Indian bikes guys ..
We have ample option Available from 150cc to 650 cc ..
A 200-300cc bike is enf to ride all over India in any terrian with parts And service Availability everywhere u go ..
So if u r planing to buy a bike for long tours itz better to buy a bike whose parts and service stations are easily available Incase of any mishap while riding…! Every 200 cc bike can easily cruise whole day on 90-100k mph, I thing that’s enf speed for Indian conditions ..with good fuel economy too ..

This issue is prevalent everywhere now I guess. Its even worse with Keerthi Triumph in Bangalore. They've straight up destroyed bikes n then will blame you for "not taking care"!! They've successfully destroyed everything ranging from high mileage bikes all the way to brand new bikes. There's *ZERO* point escalating either bcos the India heads don't respond either. If you're buying a brand new Triumph, make sure onky the first few services are done through them just to make sure that you don't lose warranty. Apart from that, find a garage that works on superbikes n have them maintain your bikes. Its even worse is that Triumph have let go of most of their older technicians have been let go and have been replaced with Bajaj techs because of their recent partnership n launch of the new 400.

Triumph jayega UK wapas, not doing a fair business is in the blood. I really wanted to buy one only because of engineering but this kind of support never ever I am gonna buy.
My money is hard earned not going to give it to losers from UK

Had triumph leaking oil with less then 1000km….they are heavy, low resale value…..full of problems….never again

Hey Kiran & Sachin,
I think I did tell you in an earlier vlog, that it's unlikely they're going to do anything. You've already spread your experience with them through your vlogs. Yes, you gave them a"last" chance. But, now you know exactly what they're like, plz look ahead. I Had suggested consumer court, that actin would bring them to their knees. Yes, it's tedious & lengthy, but this would teach them that they can't take their customers for a ride!! Shame on Shaman Triumph, Andheri!! Plz look at BMW in place of Triumph. Absolutely unacceptable level of customer service. You need to give them a 0 rating on their after sales service, and write to Triumph global & male them aware of all threat ensued with you. Ride safe & tc!!

Dominar 400 is better option and also it is stable than it's previous models.
