What does this mean? Enterprise users in HubSpot now have the ability to create and store a host of sensitive data fields like demographics, Protected Health Information (PHI), payment history, financial information and so much more.
Need inspiration? If you're utilizing HubSpot Service Hub to communicate with customers regarding their software subscription payments, you can create a property to capture the last 4 digits of their bank account or credit card number. This way service reps can request customers to confirm those numbers as a security measure to help combat scams, identity theft and fraud.
