I have two chihuahuas, my little rats! Chloe was the youngest and smallest of her litter. The only girl and no one wanted her. After two weeks and no luck in finding a home my mom finally agreed to adopting her. I can’t imagine my life without Chloe, she’s my best friend. Also the irony is Chloe is the only dog in her litter that didn’t turn out to be crazy aggressive, Chloe is just a sweetie who doesn’t trust easily.

I rescued a dog who was half Chihuahua and had been given up 5 times for lame reasons. She has been the sweetest dog ever. I love her and she is over 14 years old now. Her name is Precious and she has lived up to her name.

There is no way I would leave my fur babies behind. When my mom said she needed me to come help her. She had dementia and some health problems. I came from Colorado back to Virginia with my dog and 2 cats. I can't express how much they helped my Mom. I know they helped her live longer -- 94. I couldn't have gotten through the stress of being Mom's sole caregiver without them. They were my family and I got to share them with her. ❤

Most landlords will accept a tiny dog like this. I suspect it was the deposit they would have to pay. Or they are tired of responsibility.
