So Israel has the right to defend itself really means the USA has the right to defend Israel. And now others, like Russia, China & Turkey, N Korea, will use this same logic. They will say, like the USA, they all have the right to defend Gaza. When the one side escalates the others will also escalate, and do so using the same rules. I call it a stupidity loop.
