For anyone watching and wanting to layer just alcohol activated paints the green marblr setting spray is great to apply between layers. its alcohol resistant and its also pretty water proof . and transfer proof . just make sure to not apply too heavily because it can cause wrinkling. One of the best ways to make alcohol activated a bit less tight or drying is to apply a water based lotion to moisturize on the finishsed design or cover up area and then powdering the area . that way the wrinkliness doesnt look to harsh.
