Reviews from 11 students on their 200-hr YTT experience with Alpha Yoga in Greece October 2020

Why did students join this 200-hour yoga teacher training? For various reasons...

To deepen their practice, to learn correct alignment of the poses, to become yoga teachers, to immerse in something meaningful and to enjoy the beauty of this Greek island at the same time. Some of them discovered that they actually enjoy teaching yoga and that teaching yoga makes them fill fulfilled.

Lili speaks of the Greek island we all saw in "Mamma Mia" movie, only to mention that this one was only better. Some students visited the famous beach of Porto Katsiki and we all took a boat trip to a smaller island called Scorpios where we swam in crystal clear waters.

Breakfast and dinners were the highlights for some of them. The food that we had here cannot be easily described in words. We were really spoiled.
