// My Story

I am currently a software developer who once modeled and thought I wanted to pursue a career in the fashion industry. While I was modeling in Hong Kong, I eventually felt the desire to further my education. I decided to depart the modeling world and move back to Canada, knowing that could be the end of my modeling opportunities. I attended Ryerson University for GCM (Graphic Communications Management), as I thought I might still work in the fashion industry in another capacity. It was in my last year of university, I was introduced to a very basic coding course. I instantly fell in love. From there I knew I wanted to pursue software development but didn't have a clue where to start. I didn't want to go back to university as I just completed a four-year degree. I decided to enroll in a 10-week intensive coding Bootcamp. From there I started working at a small startup learning and growing my technical and soft skills. I then transitioned to a larger company where I am a software developer and technical consultant today.

I am going to be automating some processes with Python.
I want to automate some Midjourney tasks to create some art that will later check out and approve. Later I want it to upload my approved art to multiple print on demand sites and then post the art on several social media sites that link back to my print on demand sites.

Have you had any AI generate Python programs for you yet. I was amazed at some of the code ChatGPT writes. You still have to have a human in the process but the AI can quickly code parts of the program and it can check your Python code for errors.

Great, you amused me in the first seconds 😀 Wait till we talk about gallons. You'll never figure it out, they have several types of gallons that differ from each other by almost half their volume! When I made a voice assistant in python, I strictly forbade it to use imperial units. This does not belong in the civilized world 😀

I started with Python but shifted my focus to the MERN stack for web development. Next, I plan to learn Python Django to combine with React. I believe JavaScript is the future language for software and web development, given its versatility and widespread adoption. Mastering JavaScript will keep me updated with the latest trends and well-prepared for future opportunities

I started the 100 Days of Code course, but at a point I went off to try scraping. Need to get back to the course, someday.
I've been wanting to make an app to show the local forecast (similar to what Intellicast used to show before Weather Underground messed it up) using data from NOAA but I'm just not there yet.
Interesting project. I think I'll try this with alerts for temperature extremes. Like, things you forgot about outside are going to freeze!

Great great course, I'm actually in the middle of the course right now, he even have close to 7 hours about database as well which is very important in order to work as a data scientist or backend developer. He truly teach you to become a master programmer .
