That’s sick! If I could only suggest one thing, it would be that those properties under 5% of the avg value could be marked as a “proceed with caution” sort of deal. You never know if the owners just didn’t care about the price being lower, or if there’s something hidden behind that number 👀

That's a cool idea. I am thinking about comparing advertised price and price they report to the land registry. That would probably dig up some dirt in those murky real estate deals.
