How exciting! I looked for a long time for how to felt boots and couldn't find anything informative enough, so I gave up. I just ran across your channel today!

I have never felted a thing i my life, beyond rolling wool fluff together after picking it of my sweater. I didn't really get how to make the boot, but this at least told me what I should buy. I really want to make my own boots. I never find boots warm enough that still looks pretty.

I am using a "good" cobbler's hook" I think (all the Russian girls are using this one, with the blue/greenish handle)) with good thread. natural wax nylon from Tandy.. still cut the thread after maybe4-5" sewing. even though I am extremely conservative on the pulling... HELP!!!! what do I do wrong???

Cristi could you make a last with a 3d printer? I assume it needs something to copy, so maybe make a cast by pouring plaster of Paris into a plastic bag inside a favorite shoe? Just an idea...
