This feels like the perfect culmination of all your music so far: the screaming vocals from your metal covers, the strings setting the stage, the trad influences in your lyrics and instrumentation, the freaky bass that drew so many to your videos, the complex lyrics that tell of a life young but still well lived, and most importantly, the songs of the sea, sung from a place deep within the soul that tell of love, camaraderie, and adventure - a theme that is fitting in a world that, despite its sprawling concrete jungles, holds a more uncertain adventure than any seen before. You're past originals have all been incredible in their own right, but this one feels like a more mature sound and writing, but also very reflective and introspectice. Youve made an incredible video and song that reads like poetry and sounds like a battle cry, and i cant wait to see what comes next.
