Remove the blocks between the villagers at their eye level. Helps with discount with their gossip program and you can splash 2 to 3 with just one weakness potion

9:30 btw I am probably not the first one to say this but if you get a fletcher to master he can sell weakness tipped arrows skipping the blaze gathering part

For the last 4 villagers make them emerald generators, gotta get lucky and get the tier 1 and 2 trades correctly though. They need to trade book cases for emeralds and trade emeralds for books. You can get infinite emeralds out of them this way.

You don't need leather and paper
As long as you've got villagers and 1 lectern you can get book shelves from a Librarian which you can make all the lectern from

One of the remaining villagers could provide you with food as well, as a farmer. Farmers offer a great amount of food variety, from pumpkie pie, to apples (for crafting golden apples), suspicious stew with Saturation, glistering melon slices (for potions of Healing) and golden carrots (the food with the best saturation).
Another is the butcher, giving you rabbit stew, cooked porkchops and cooked chicken.
You said that food supplies should be addressed, so I am here to deliver!
One other thing: Librarians, when upgraded to Master, will give a name tag. Excellent for if you do not want a mob to despawn.
If you ever want a crossbow, a Fletcher can help you with that, you can get crossbows from them by leveling them up to Apprentice level. And crossbows also have enchantments of their own, such as Multishot, Quick Charge and Piercing.
For decorative blocks, Shepherds (with wool blocks, carpets and banners, as well as coloured beds) can do just the trick. Although Masons also give you decorative blocks, such as colored terracotta and glazed terracotta.

I like how you themed the sections, that's pretty smart. I set up a hall one time with an area for a zombie, but the stacking raid farm made so many emeralds, I never used that feature and only zombified them once. The one I'm working on now doubles as an XP source and emerald source, but I'm still just zombifying them once before I install them.

Quick note here, if you use IanXO4's instant raid farm (with bottles to make it work in 1.21) it produces around 50-55 emeralds /raid with looting 3, with each raid taking less than a minute not including the 30s raid omen effect. It makes emerald gathering way faster. Downside is its not an afk farm.

I designed a side by side trading hall with zombies that works very well with incoming trading items just did not put it on you tube yet. It would be nice to see it widely used but maybe one day I will learn to do it.. BTW your videos are always well presented and informative as well as being enjoyable, many thanks
