Being a retired deputy Sheriff I can assure you VERY few of these people will overcome they're addiction. There are programs available but, they DON'T want that, they want the drugs. FORCED sobriety IS the only answer. Offer any of these women a good man, decent home, etc and they'll chose the drugs. For the life of me I don't understand why they aren't incarcerated till their sober AND cured. 3 days first offense, 3 months 2nd offense, 3 years 3rd offense. They're living like abandoned dogs by choice. Lock em' up for they're OWN GOOD!
