Mercedes E Class 87 Model Lost Key Making

This video shows the procedure of making replacement key for Mercedes Benz E Class 87 Model, which has lost all the keys. This model has 2 track laser cut key and in absence of original blank key we used the ordinary Mahindra Scorpio key to prepare the spare key.

This is a fast version intended solely for locksmith use and understanding.

Why don’t you guys just use lishi tools to get cuts without removing ignition? You guys did so much work. When you remove ignition also there is no need to impression. All you do is put wafer numbers into key cutter. If those tools weren’t available I still applaud your work, good job. At the end of the day you made it work. Plus I noticed this video is a bit old.

Wow that was cool, i did the same thing yesterday only i took out the trunk lock and made they key how ever  i have one question the type that i worked on is the C280 w202  , the key turns the ignition and it rolls over and sound like it wants to start however it doesn't any suggestions plz
