Caught By Indonesian Police #shorts

In the morning I went for a walk and stopped at a little shop for some coffee and bread. There a met a traffic police officer for Kota Tua in north Jakarta. We had a nice conversation, thanks to google. I was interested in what kind of problems he thought were facing Indonesia. He said that Covid was the number one issue in Indonesia, understandably. We talked a bit about Jokowi and how he was doing. Unsurprisingly, he felt that Jokowi was doing a great job. In the end, he asked me if I would take a photo with him as he gives me a mask and reminds me to wear it at all times in Kota Tua. Quite an interesting experience.

Di pagi hari saya berjalan-jalan dan berhenti di sebuah toko kecil untuk minum kopi dan roti. Seorang petugas polisi lalu lintas Kota Tua ditemui di Jakarta Utara. Kami memiliki percakapan yang menyenangkan, terima kasih kepada google. Saya tertarik dengan masalah apa yang dia pikir sedang dihadapi Indonesia. Dia mengatakan bahwa Covid adalah masalah nomor satu di Indonesia, dapat dimengerti. Kami berbicara sedikit tentang Jokowi dan bagaimana keadaannya. Terutama, dia merasa bahwa Jokowi melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik. Pada akhirnya, dia bertanya apakah saya akan berfoto dengannya karena dia memberi saya topeng dan mengingatkan saya untuk memakainya setiap saat di Kota Tua. Pengalaman yang cukup menarik.
