To those who wonder, she's an Indonesian cop, the police force in Indonesia is quite famous for having a lot of very attractive (but also mostly psychotic, like all cops) female members, especially in more developed urban areas. For a little bit of context, in a lot of Indonesian cities, there are groups of kids (mostly highschool age) that like to hang out at night on the side of quite roads. They are notorious for drinking alcohol or doing dangerous activities (street race, fighting, etc.) or both with the former possibly amplify the latter. Alcohol consumption is also frowend upon by the majority (most Indonesians are muslim and muslims don't drink) and its distribution is very restricted, these kids usually buy them illegally just like i did back in the day. That's why the cops would pull up if they receive reports of them hanging out or spot these kids on their regular patrols.

In this video, she was asking the kid whether he was drinking. She smelled the kid's breathe and asked "did you brush your teeth? " the kid answered that he did then they both laugh. In the last few seconds she was confirming the situation with her partner that the kid wasn't drinking.
