I have i5 8400 GTX 1060 8gb RAM, I get about 50-90 fps with the 8GB ram low settings. I’m going to upgrade to 32 GB ram, will I be able to play high settings with No lag and decent FPS? Like a solid 90?

How do I get 144 fps with over 800 mods installed and using LA Revo + Realism Beyond + QuantV and I have only 16Gb and not even playing in turbo mode but yet only performance mode and 130 fps in standard mode. Now I’m confused. I only have a Ryzen 9 and rtx 3060ti I’m so lost. Maybe you didn’t go to settings and select the option to run gta exe app in the highest option.
