I have questions concerning one claim, which has been written off by the client. When I asked the representative for the claim information, she said this patient member I'd with the patient was not discovered on her side, so do we make a CDR or finish the claim with a write off?

Sir CO 109 denial aane par medicare advantage ki sahi subscriber id or insurance ko claim karenge toh...medicare advantage yeh bolkar bhi toh denial kar sakta hai ki auth approved nahi thi...toh ese me hum bina auth approval k advantage plans ko claims kar sakte hai?
