I been dealing with depression for going on 9 years never got help most the time I stick to my self I was at a point where I just wanted to end everything it was bad feeling I really didn't like them thoughts. So something click to me to not end everything and just take it day by day one step at a time I never been to therapy at all one day I sat in my car crying just lost I was lost for so long but now I'm finding my self again day by day I'm proud to over come most of the thoughts I had back then granite the depression pops in time to time but it's for a short amount of time. I'm actually very happy now I don't stress about anything anymore I just tend to go with the flow and let things happen by it self I remember start my adulthood with just a bag of clothes now I have everything I could ever want in life I don't need much more than what I have with little stuff I have.
