In the last week of my dissertation and i'm watching this for inspiration, thank you so much! Just wanted to ask, do you have the template for your dissertation to-do that appears at the end of the video?

I will completely agree with the "being annoyed" of your topic half way through. I loved my MA thesis topic (history major) and I got to page 15 and kept thinking "make this end!" I am 6 months post grad and finding interest in the topic again so be patient with yourself. As far as checking word count vs flow, you could try merging it into one document and use headers and (in word at least) you can collapse the sections!
