When a fire spread through an apartment building it Chinatown, it left six people injured and dozens of residents in the building displaced as their homes were destroyed or heavily damaged. Now, the Red Cross is stepping in to offer help.

I am thankful for the help for all who have lost their apts .
But -
Where is the Red Cross when it comes to the homeless who have lost their homes through divorce, illness, tragedy, loss of spouse, etc.?
