To end the age of plastic this panel rethinks the materials and foods we will consume in the future. On the panel new innovative ideas of future resources will be presented - from vegan, nutritious and carbon neutral fish to surfboards made from mushroom. Katja Vedder (MakerCube), Tjark Ziehm (BalticMaterials), Peer Kohlmorgen (Hyphablanks) & Guido Albanese (Koralo) will discuss with Alexander Ohrt (Waterkant Festival).
