Single Leg Goblet Box Squat

Start this by getting the heel of your squatting leg up against the box and the weight in a goblet position(weight 1-2 inches off the chest). Do your best to get down to 90degrees. Big breath on the way down, big exhale on the way up. When doing any single exercise you want to make sure that your knee doesn't collapse. Do these with no shoes on and really think about gripping the ground with your toes. IF your knee begins to collapse or this becomes to difficult. Ditch the weight or use a TRX for assistance.
