The Single Leg Off Box Goblet Squat is a great movement to work on single leg strength and isolating the glutei on one leg. While standing on a bench, box, or other elevated surface, hang one leg off of the surface and squat down as low as you can without your bottom leg touching the ground. Make sure that you keep your heel placed firmly on the surface and keep your back straight throughout the movement. Ensure the knee doesn't cave in, but think about driving it out slightly to protect the joints!
