Born in Boyle, County Roscommon, Chris is an Irish award-winning actor, writer, and director. He shares stories from his impressive career, including his iconic breakout role as Roy Trenneman in The IT Crowd, which helped him secure his Hollywood debut in Bridesmaids (2011), and his new Sky original series, Small Town, Big Story.

Enjoying a whisky and snacking on Keogh’s crisps, while Angela prepares sticky pulled pork and a shredded quick pickled salad. The experts at Waitrose match this with a Calmel & Joseph organic pinot noir.

bao bun is usually bland but still savory. idk how to explain the flavor. it's also fluffy so the juices of the pulled pork will be absorbed by the bao bun. this look so freaking delicioussss!

Hm. Use the pineapple that's left for a pineapple-coconutcake ( I think it's called a hummingbird cake in the US). SOOOO good for after.
