Carter had to endure plasma fire. Bro, his blood is literally boiling and he's piloting a pelican. Spartan-IIIs are something.

Tip of the Spear is one of the best soundtrack pieces in gaming history

Reach should have been what the halo TV show was about

Carter was prolly the only spartan to have a proper farewell to his Spartans

"You're on your own Noble, Carter out." Damn that line hits hard. Carter is definitely one of the best Halo characters. It really was an honor.

Carter is the only person Emile openly respected. Cause Carter is that guy.

As a kid, Noble 6 always struck me as a rookie with surprising potential. It wasn't until recently I learned that they were actually already one of the most skilled soldiers of humanity and are the only person to ever hold the same hyper lethal rating as MC.

The way Noble 6 just looks down for a moment then simply says “Done” says so much yet so little.

Carter-A259 is the competent leader we all should aspire to be, professionalism at its finest. Although fictional that's proper masculinity. He knew his injuries were pretty fatal and he couldn't save Reach, so he made a last effort and died knowing that he paved the path to deliver humanity's last hope in Cortana and ultimately saved humanity.

One of my favourite characters not only from Halo but the whole fictional realm.

Yeah, I know he made the biggest mistake when decided not to chase the Zealot leader cause that went like a butterfly effect, I'd say a dirty plot attack on him.... However we wouldn't have this beautiful game without that Zealot surviving the encounter with Noble team right?

I just realized all the blood vessels in Carter's eyes are burst and the whites of his eyes are red.
Spartans truly were incredible.

out of all the halo games, it's reach that made me feel the most emotion towards the characters and overall story. you feel the hopelessness of the situation, but having played the previous halo games, you know that hope was far from gone.
