Jimmy Carter arrives to honor Rosalynn Carter

Former President Jimmy Carter, who is 99 and has been receiving hospice care at home since February, attended a tribute service honoring the life of his wife, former first lady Rosalynn Carter, at Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church in Atlanta.
