Direct Heat Ribs - My Favorite Way to Cook Ribs

Direct heat cooking has changed my mind about the type of rib I prefer. I haven't cooked a traditional smoked rib since I started cooking these. Give them a shot!
Mop sauce recipe:
1 stick of butter
1/4 sliced yellow onion
Juice of one lemon
2t coarse black pepper
1T crushed red pepper
1t ground mustard
1t cayenne
2t paprika
2t granulated garlic
2T brown sugar
2t hot sauce
1T worcestershire
1/2c white vinegar
1/2c apple cider vinegar
Splash of beer
